Policies

BREAKFAST SCHEDULE:

Breakfast is included. A large catered buffet breakfast is included for each Guest between the hours of 8:00 – 9:00 AM SHARP. It is unavailable thereafter. Vegans and vegetarians will be accommodated with prior notice.

CHECK-IN POLICY:

Check-in is 3:00 pm to 6:00pm. Arrangements MUST be made in advance for late arrivals. Call to check for early arrival. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out can impede our turnover operations and, therefore, may incur an additional fee.

CHECK-OUT POLICY:

Keys must be returned at Check-out. Keys not returned will incur a charge of $75.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

If paying with a Gift Certificate you MUST INFORM US AT THE TIME YOU MAKE THE RESERVATION. This allows us to prepare the corresponding paperwork within our system. Notifying us prevents the delay to you (and others) if we must stop check-in to locate documents that we need to complete your Gift Certificate payment. Gift Certificates must be presented at check-in. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel up to one week prior to the reservation date. Cancellations received after one week prior to the reservation date will be charged a flat fee of $150 per room.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted.

Taxes: Rates are subject to NY and Suffolk County Taxes that currently total 14.13%.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

When you book your reservation, if you have any advance notices you would like us to know about, please indicate them in Additional Information, Preferences/Guest Comments. This is located on the screen with the credit card information you will be entering.

Sample notices could be

-I am paying for my friend in room #.

-We won’t be having breakfast as we leave early.

-We need to have an earlier than 8:30 breakfast.
